3. Move Your Body: Find enjoyable forms of exercise and make them a regular part of your routine. Whether it's brisk walking, going to the gym, or hiking, staying active is so important for our physical and mental health! 

4. Mindfulness and Stress Management: Stress and emotional eating often contribute to weight gain. Engage in mindfulness practices, such as meditation or yoga, to manage stress and develop a healthier relationship with food.

5. Prioritize Sleep: Adequate sleep is essential for weight loss and overall health. Lack of sleep disrupts hormones.

6. Stay Hydrated: Drinking enough water supports your metabolism and can help control hunger. Sometimes, the body confuses thirst with hunger, so drink your water fam!

7. Seek Support: Enlist the support of friends, family, or a professional. Having a support system can encourage, empower and provide guidance and tools throughout your journey.
