How long before I will see results?

Great question! Every person is different, *sustainable* weight loss is between 0.5-1.0 lbs/week - with that being said there are so many factors at play. It's important that clients make sustainable progress and learn the tools to maintaining this new lifestyle. This can speed up, or slow down the process at the beginning. Know that it will take time, but will be worth it!
